I first read Sharon Blackie's book If Woman Rose Rooted and after that was drawn to get the Oracle Deck. I love the stories behind the women in the cards and hadn't heard these folktales before. Reading Sharon's take on these age-old myths and how throughout her life she has leaned into the land and the women she has met along her journey was very inspiring and comforting.
