How does it work?
I'm a virtual assistant based in Waipawa, CHB but work remotely with clients all over NZ and abroad helping them to get their businesses online, their social media sorted and general marketing sorted. You need to have content going out on at least one social media platform, as well as your business listed in as many places possible online which all link back to your website, which tells Google you are a credible active business so then Google will show your potential customers your business when they are searching for your product or service.
Getting online and staying on top of it all can be a mission and super daunting when you are just starting out and actually forever. I love to show my clients how to do it easily, you can do it yourself if you do the background work, make a plan and automate as much as possible. you really have to be online now to be a credible business, what's the first thing people do when they are looking for a product or service? What I've Been Working On 👩💻
I've had the pleasure of working with the lovely Rachel at Counted over the past few months, and have actually joined forces with Counted, which is super exciting. So we are also offering Hawkes Bay Marketing services. Rachel wanted a simple website explaining her services, a bit about her and how to get in contact. Counted had a website but it wasn't one Rachel had easy access too, which was a bit annoying. She also had an email address linked to her website but could only use it on Webmail. So I got her all set up with an email through Rocketspark, we even managed to get her email history over to Rocketspark which was amazeballs. This was slightly tricky but we got there in the end, and now she has access to her emails wherever she is!
Rachel was getting clients herself but was getting comments from them, that they werent sure if she was still taking on clients, and was she an actual accountant, could she file their tax returns etc etc. Having a website now that she has easy access to - when she gets comments from clients - she can address them, EASILY and add more information to her website, or clients can contact her directly with their questions. Rachel also got a beautiful sign for the road next to her office so now when potential clients see her sign they can google "Counted" and find her website, check her out and then get in contact.
Next we are working together on getting her newsletter up and running and keeping her social media ticking along 💥
Animal Communicator - Carolin K 🦄
I can't believe how much I have learnt from working with the lovely Carolin from Animal Communication Carolin K
What an amazing job she has - communicating with animals! I feel like I understand my own animals more now, and know now that they feel me and react to my moods or what I'm thinking (don't think about what you don't want them to do 😂) its a very special connection that you can have with your animals, and it lasts a lifetime. Aargh feelings 🐾😍
Carolin has done a beautiful job making her own website and getting herself out there and I've helped her with getting her Pinterest set up to drive some more traffic to her new website. Pinterest is a handy tool to use to get eyes on what you do, because Carolin can work worldwide with her telepathic skills it's a no brainer to repurpose the content she has already created and pop it on Pinterest.
Next Carolin is going to work on writing some blogs. She loves to write as a creative outlet - which we can also use to drive traffic to her website and boom - sales. Once her blogs are ready she can also upload those to Pinterest, but she can also contact other pet related websites to feature her blogs which again puts her out there. Or she could write as a guest blogger on sites, or even magazines. There are so many ways to get yourself out there, and just doing what she loves - writing, talking to animals, connecting with people on social media who ask her about animal communication gets people engaging who may tell a friend of theirs so on and so on....
So yes, I can help you out in all sorts of ways. From some simple advice to a plan for your business or training - showing you how to set everything up then automate it, so it's not so much work ALL the time for you.
