Wellness Lifestyle Assessment – Personalised Support for Your Daily Wellbeing
Sometimes we know we want to feel better, sleep better, or have more energy… we’re just not sure where to start. That’s what this wellness lifestyle assessment is for. Together we’ll look at your daily habits and notice what might support you right now.
Everyone’s journey is different, so there’s no need to overhaul everything at once. We simply notice, reflect, and grow from the foundation up using the building blocks of wellness: proactive wellness, informed self-care, reducing toxicity, rest and relaxation, movement and metabolism, and nutrition and digestion.
You might start with the area that needs the most support, like better sleep, more energy, or less stress. I'll suggest the doTERRA products that many people use to support their wellness journey.

How does it work?
I'll send you a form to fill out which gives you some prompts to answer around different aspects of your life and health, together we will use these results as a starting point to identify which doTerra products will best support you. There may be areas you're doing well and others where you may need to make some lifestyle changes to improve your overall health. From here we will customise a Wellness Plan (again together) for you, so you have a starting point. As you begin to use your oils and supplements each day start tuning in and noticing any changes. Most people notice changes in their energy, digestion, sleep, moods, and overall sense of well-being within the first couple of weeks. Make sure you celebrate the progress you feel along the way!
