How I Use Them in Real Life
These oils aren’t just sitting pretty on my shelf they’re part of my everyday emotional care. I like using oils not just when I’m in a funk, but before the funk shows up. Like giving myself a little emotional head start. If I know it’s going to be a full on day, I reach for an oil to help set the tone. If it's a dull day and because I'm a solar charged type of person I make sure to double down with my Citrus Bliss and Clementine. It’s my way of staying ahead of my mood instead of chasing it later.
With my Oracle Cards + Journaling:
I sit down in the morning with a cuppa, my journal, and my cards. I choose an oil based on how I’m feeling (or how I want to feel).
If I want clarity or peace, I use Balance or Lavender Peace.
If I need a boost of courage or energy, it’s Citrus Bliss or Clementine.
If I’m anxious or frazzled, Adaptiv goes straight into the diffuser.
I breathe it in while I pull my card and write in my journal. The smell helps me drop in, like flipping the switch from “doing” to “being.” It creates space to hear myself again.
At Night:
I mix Lavender Peace with a bit of fractionated coconut oil and rub it on my neck, chest, and the bottoms of my feet before bed. It’s like tucking myself in with love.
In the chaos moments:
When life is hectic and I need to stay steady, I put a drop of Balance on my wrists and take three deep breaths from my hands. It helps me reset without needing to escape the moment.
