🌅🚿Morning Boost: I start my day with Rosemary in the shower. The invigorating scent helps wake me up and get my brain in to gear. 🤞
💻Desk Companion: If I’m still struggling to get going or find myself procrastinating, I open up my bottle of "office" Rosemary on my desk. Just the act of starting with Rosemary’s help can get me into a productive flow.
🫏Afternoon Recharge: Mid-afternoon, I use my Rosemary roller on my spine and recite my favorite affirmation from the Rosemary card: "With my creativity and willpower, I push past my limitations and remain calm and relaxed."
